The company are an interior fit out contractor who operate in the retail shopfitting sector with a client list that includes Marks & Spencer, Pets at Home, Arnold Clark, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s etc...
The Account Manager is pivotal to the success of the Asset division by overseeing the respective department, ensuring the fulfilment of both client and company requirements. The Account Manager will guide and inspire the team towards the successful attainment of project goals and play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Account Manager Duties:
- The Account Manager will oversee their department and ensure that team members fulfil their duties and tasks punctually and accurately.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance for their professional growth within the organisation.
- Manage a small team of Project Managers who will report directly into the Account Manager
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Account Manager and Project Manager in a commercial/retail setting, with a successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project processes, materials, and methods.
- Experience of leading a team.
- NVQ 6 Construction Contracting Operations Management
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Driving Licence
